Woodbury, NY, August 05, 2019 — SterlingRisk Insurance, one of the nation’s top independently owned insurance brokerages, has hired Katrina Wu as Assistant Production Underwriter. A Licensed Property & Casualty Broker and Licensed Life, Accident & Health Broker, Wu is currently focused on Commercial Insurance and Environmental/Pollution Liability.

Wu comes to SterlingRisk from HUB International Northeast Ltd., where she served as an assistant account executive, quoting and binding policies and corresponding daily with insureds and carriers. Prior to joining HUB International in August 2017 she served in operations and as an assistant underwriter for three years at Morstan General Agency in Manhasset, NY.
A 2015 graduate of Baruch College, Wu received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Investments with a minor in Information Technology and Social Responsibility. She resides in New Hyde Park, NY.
